Holy shit…I had the most god-hating dream last night 0.0

n3i-n3i:

Literally all I was doing in it was telling people why the Bible is a lie and why god can’t exist.

Lollll what is this.

I just wanna say “wow… I am speechless”

I have tried to write Paradise

Do not move
Let the wind speak
that is paradise.

Let the Gods forgive what I
have made
Let those I love try to forgive
what I have made.

You’re on a merry-go-round and you want to pass a ball to someone opposite to you. Looking from above, the ball will travel in a straight line, but to you it will seem to curve in towards them. You ought to throw it towards where they are going to be by the time it gets to them. However if you didn’t realise you were spinning, you might think the ball was experiencing a sideways force, causing it to curve. This effect is called the ‘Coriolis effect’, and it explains why tropical storms always spin clockwise in the Southern hemisphere and counter clockwise in the Northern. [more] [my code]

Wolffia arrhiza, spotless watermeal
The Wolffia genus includes the smallest known flowering plants on Earth. Each dot in the above picture is an individual plant. Each plant produces a single bisexual flower consisting of one stamen and one pistil.

YAY ME … IT’S THE DNA DAY !!

DNA Day is a holiday celebrated on April 25. It commemorates the day in 1953 when James Watson and Francis Crick’s article on the structure of DNA was published, and the day in 2003 when the the Human Genome Project was completed, both of which were on April 25.
In the United States, DNA Day was first celebrated on April 25, 2003 by proclamation of both the Senate and the House of Representatives. However, they only declared a one-time celebration, not an annual holiday. Subsequent annual DNA Day celebrations have been organized by the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI). In recent years, the NHGRI has been changing the dates of DNA Day. In 2010, they declared it would be on April 23, and in 2011 it was celebrated on April 15
